The story of phoneblok
There is group of people and this people have a great idea. They want to invent a new generation of mobile phones. The name of this phone is phoneblok. After they posted their promotion video for phoneblok on youtube, a big internet hype appeard. Today over 975'000 people support this idea. But the project needs investors.
After a time they got an investor, the company Motorola wants to corporate with the phoneblok team and and so phoneblok got a partnership with a company which has the hardware to produce this mobile phone.
Motorola started a new project with the name "Project Ara". They want to release the first specifications and kits for a few developers at the end of the year.
The technology
You can customize your phone how you want it. All components are connected with the base and the base connects everything together. This means if you need a more speed you can buy an upgrade in the "blok-store" and you also can sell your old component there. And the best of all, you can place the new component where you want if there is enough space. So you can change every component when it is broke.
